Meet the 2020 Fizzi Fest Team!

As April 25th quickly approaches and with it, Fizzi Fest 2020 - A celebration of Bubbles and Brunch, the Fizzi Fest team wanted to introduce themselves to all of their fizzi friends!





Meet our founder, Stacy Wellborn. She currently serves as a marketing professional, business owner and a full time professor in the Communications Department at Spring Hill College. Stacy is involved in a little bit of everything and may be the individual responsible for developing the concept for the City of Mobile's official logo! Her favorite bottle of bubbles is Dom Pérignon.










Meet our Co-founder/dreamer, Amy Carpenter. Amy dreamt Fizzi Fest up with our founder, probably over a few bottles of bubbly, and is excited to help out on such a great event for the second year in a row! By day, Amy is the Immunology Business Manager for Takeda. Her favorite bottle of bubbles is Veuve Clicquot Rose’!











Meet our team member, Abby Scioneaux. Aside from being a part of the inaugural Fizzi Fest, Abby is a recent graduate of the University of South Alabama, currently serves on the board of the Mobile Chapter of the Public Relations Council of Alabama and works as the Public Relations and Marketing Coordinator for Today's Homeowner. Abby's favorite bottle of bubbles is Saint-Hilaire Blanquette de Limoux Brut!








Meet our team member, Holly Murphy! Also a member of the original Fizzi Fest team, Holly serves as a Software Consultant for PowerSchool

and brings over 20 years of experience in logistics to the team. Most recently, Holly served as the logistics chair for the 2019 Focus Women's Conference. Her favorite bottle of bubbles is the Conde de Subirats Cava!









Meet our team member Melynda Fox. Melynda played an important role in making Fizzi Fest 2019 a success, and we are thrilled to be working with her again. Currently Melynda works as a teacher and mentor in the Mobile Public School System. Her favorite bottle of bubbles is Veuve Clicquot!













Meet our new team member, Sarah Clark. Sarah is the owner of Crown Hall, the home to Fizzi Fest 2020! Not only is she the brains behind this new and coveted event hall, but she has also been serving up some of the tastiest food on the Gulf Coast for almost 20 years as the owner of Bay Gourmet Catering! Her favorite bottle of bubbles is Ruinart Champagne!












Meet our new team member, Sydney Betbeze. Sydney is the Executive Director of Fizzi Fest 2020's beneficiary, Restore Mobile. The Fizzi Fest team is thrilled to work with such an amazing individual, as well as, outstanding organization both of which work hard to pour into the Mobile community and encourage it to continue to grow. Her favorite bottle of bubbles is Pol Roger!








Last, meet our new team member, Mark Snyder. Mark is a recent graduate of Spring Hill College and currently works as both the Community Manager for Container Yard, a coworking space located in downtown Mobile, as well as, the Marketing Coordinator for local marketing firm, Wellborn Strategies. Mark's favorite bottle of bubbles is a toss up between Miller High Life and Santa Margherita Prosecco!
